        – Inspect work quality, plan tasks, coordinate with contractors, and manage on-site operations effectively. 

 

Project Manager/ Asst.Project Manager

    Scope of Work :

        – Overall Control of day to day operation at the site of the Project.

        – Ensuring that operation proceed in accord with agreed works programs.

        – Preparation and revision as required (with assistance of Planning Eng.) of Works Programs, staffing Schedules and Labor requirement.

        – Attending Site and Project meeting as Senior Project Representative of the Company.

        – Preparing and ensuring compliance to Drawing and Material Schedules.

        – Ensuring Materials both submitted for Approval and Installed comply with the job Specification and Contract Document/Drawings.

        – The preparation and submission of Monthly Interim Payment Claims, and all necessary follow up.

        – The preparation and submission of Monthly Progress Reports to Management.

        – The selection of any required Sub Contractors and Negotiation with same. Sub Contractor document to be drawn up by the “Contracts
