Business Development Officer

    Scope of Work :

        -Develop sales plans, present sales proposals, and close sales.

        -Prepare reports and analyze sales.

        -Expand the customer base.

Tender Engineer (E)

    Gender : Male with age 25 – 35 years

    Education : Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering

    Work Experience : 1-3 years or above in price estimation

    English Communication : Intermediate

   Employment Status : Permanent

    Skill : Engineering License level 1 or above

    Special requirements : Experience in M&E or related

    Scope of Work :

        – Take off quantity electrical system.

        – Request quotation from suppplier.

        – Have skills in estimation cost.

        – Key in net cost data

        – Basic understanding MS Office (Excel)

Auto-cad operator (M&E)

    Gender : Male or Female with age 25 – 35 years

    Education : Higher Vocational Certificate (Mechanical/Electrical) or higher

    Work Experience : 2-5 years or above in M&E

    English Communication : Intermediate

    Employment Status : Permanent

    Skill : Skilled in Auto-cad for drawing

    Special requirements : Experience in electrical revit

    Scope of Work :

        – Make auto-cad revit for shop drawing both mechanical and electrical system

Project Supervisor (M&E)

    Gender : Male with age 22 – 35 years

    Education : Higher Vocational Certificate (Mechanical/Electrical) or higher

    Work Experience : 2-6 years or above in M&E or related

    English Communication : Intermediate

    Employment Status : Permanent

   Skill : Able to read construction drawings and able to work upcountry.

    Special requirements : Experience in M&E or related

    Scope of Work :

        – Coordinate with project owners and related departments.

        – Supervise, inspect, and report the progress of construction and system installation work.

        – Monitor and inspect contractor work to ensure standards.

        – Inspect work quality, plan tasks, coordinate with contractors, and manage on-site operations effectively. 

Project Manager/ Asst.Project Manager

    Gender : Male with age 35 – 48 years

    Education : Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

    Work Experience : at least 6 years or above in M&E or related

    English Communication : Intermediate

    Employment Status : Permanent

   Skill : Able to read construction drawings and able to work upcountry.

    Special requirements : Certified Engineer status an asset.

    Scope of Work :

        – Overall Control of day to day operation at the site of the Project.

        – Ensuring that operation proceed in accord with agreed works programs.

        – Preparation and revision as required (with assistance of Planning Eng.) of Works Programs, staffing Schedules and Labor requirement.

        – Attending Site and Project meeting as Senior Project Representative of the Company.

        – Preparing and ensuring compliance to Drawing and Material Schedules.

        – Ensuring Materials both submitted for Approval and Installed comply with the job Specification and Contract Document/Drawings.

        – The preparation and submission of Monthly Interim Payment Claims, and all necessary follow up.

        – The preparation and submission of Monthly Progress Reports to Management.

        – The selection of any required Sub Contractors and Negotiation with same. Sub Contractor document to be drawn up by the “Contracts
