Construction Assistant Manager

Gender : Male with age 45 – 50 years

Education : Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Work Experience : 15 – 20 years in M&E

English Communication : Fluent

Employment Status : Permanent

Workdays : Monday – Friday, every 2 and 4 Saturday

Work Hours : 8.30 – 17.30

Probation period : 119 days

Skill : Engineering License level 2 or above

Special requirements : At least 5 years in position of project manager

or project director.

Scope of Work :

– Experience in project and business management.

– Experience in project bidding.

– Have skills in estimation cost.

– Have connection with consultant, designer, owner and supplier.

 

Sales Executive

Gender : Female with age 26 – 40 years

Education : Bachelor Degree

Work Experience : 3 years

Employment Status : Permanent

Workdays : Monday – Friday, every 2 and 4 Saturday

Work Hours : 8.30 – 17.30

Probation period : 119 days

Scope of Work :

-Develop sales plans, present sales proposals, and close sales.

-Prepare reports and analyze sales.

-Expand the customer base.

-Meet with customers and be responsible for sales tasks.

-Solve problems and take responsibility for bidding projects from new customers,

  ensuring sales targets are achieved as set by the company.

-Ensure customer satisfaction.

-Provide consultations to customers, collect customer information,

  and coordinate with customers and project consulting companies.
